KEY ACTIVITIES
Awareness Campaigns: GPF conducted educational workshops in schools, colleges, and workplaces to spread knowledge about the importance of blood donation. Publicity drives through social media, local newspapers, radio, and television helped reach a wider audience.
Blood Donation Drives: The foundation organized community events and blood donation camps in collaboration with local community centers, religious institutions, and recreational clubs. Mobile donation units were deployed to reach remote and underserved areas, ensuring broad access to donation opportunities.
Partnerships and Collaboration: GPF partnered with healthcare institutions to ensure seamless collection, testing, and distribution of donated blood. Collaborations with businesses and corporations facilitated blood donation drives for employees and their families.
Volunteer Mobilization: Training programs were established to equip volunteers with the skills needed to manage donation camps and ensure donor comfort. Networks of volunteers were created to promote blood donation within their communities and act as ambassadors for the cause.
